My process is simple. It starts with a conversation to better understand what you want, where you want to go and the extent of my involvement in the process. This conversation can be as simple as “I want you to upgrade my hard drive” to much more complex ones of “I need my office to collaborate more…” It will be a back and forth where we work out your requirements.
After we establish the full scope of your needs, we can move on into a discussion of solutions, timelines, and start discussing a budget. From there I would want to make sure that you approve of the solution, timeline and budget. If so…we can start to execute on the plan.
